Around 4,000 experts at Forschung Austria’s member institutions work closely with industry.
Through knowledge exchange and cooperation within this network, many individual projects combine into a shared engine for Austria’s competitiveness.
Together we develop and test solutions for digitalisation, connected mobility and energy, and we support small and medium-sized enterprises in particular in actively seizing innovation opportunities.
Through Forschung Austria we strengthen cooperation with the federal government and the federal states, coordinate research policy more effectively and advance shared innovation goals.
The aim is to actively help shape a forward-looking development strategy and to implement it consistently.
